There has been considerable discussion about the nature of kundalini, and
all of the ways to awaken it, or not to in these forums. I may have missed
it, but don't recall anyone bringing up the subject of spontaneous and
unexpected kundalini awakening and the challenges it poses. As this was what
happened to me, although it went rather smoothly compared to many I know, I
can attest to its validity. I also have had personal contact with numbers of
others who have gone through the same type of experience.
This could also be helpful for anyone embarking upon any type of regime with
the WPG.
I have not had time to go into any detailed sharing of these experiences for
the benefit of others, but today we received a newsletter that has a URL and
it is devoted entirely this topic of unexpected spontaneous kundalini
awakening. Wha I have seen correlates well with my own experience. The site
