In tuning into channeled inspiration one tunes the brain and nervous system
(I presume?) like a radio to contact vibratory bands we normally block out.
There are many discarnate teachers, angels, ascended masters, helpful
extraterrestrials, and a few from the "dark side". All of these beings use
channeling as a method to do their work of teaching, inspiring us, etc.,
because it is much easier than incarnating as a baby and suffering all the
risks and disrespect we face in physicality. Most good channeling is by
agreement on soul level: a student or friend of the teacher incarnates with
an agreement to be a vehicle for the teacher's words.
For the best results the channel needs to be emotionally clear and of a high
vibration and he or she needs to have an excellent verbal and conceptual
vocabulary with which to translate and communicate the teacher's message. In
recent years channeling has grown at least geometrically as 1)heavy energies
of fear and limitation have dissipated in many places and 2) new paradigm
concepts of physics, astronomy, math, dimensionality, "lightwork",
extraterrestrial civilizations and a broader non-conventional idea of our
past history have become widespread. The channel needs to have some
grounding in these. In earlier days almost all channeling was inspirational
preaching or religion-based teaching, stuff not particularly interesting to
us now.
As the "markeplace" of all the channeling sorts itself out, we find rising
to the top of the informational channeling (as opposed to preaching) the
synthesis coming from Drunvalo Melchizedek. He got much of his information
from Thoth directly, not through channeling. Thoth materialized his body and
spoke directly.
Thoth ascended 52000 years ago and maintained his body. He, Ra,and Araargot
set up the pyramids and many other details of an earth-grid by which the
vibrations would be set up to facilitate a large scale ascension to
christ-consciousness in this present era. This needed to be done because
things had been seriously messed up on this planet in early Atlantean times
by negatively-oriented beings from Mars. (This story is detailed in the
books about Drunvalo, the best I've seen so far being Frissell's "Nothing in
this Book is True, But It's Exactly How Things Are".)
Thoth's colleague Ra came through in channeled contacts in 1980-82 that are
recorded in the four "Ra Material" or "The Law of One" books by Elkins,
Rueckert and McCarty. The Ra books stand out for their clarity, refinement,
precision and depth, and were, I believe the source of many concepts that
others adopted:: "densities", service-to-self and service-to-others as
polarities, the 25000+ year cycles, the existence of 4th, 5th and/or 6th
density civilization on the other planets in our solar system while we were
the only one in 3rd density. The Ra contact ended in 1982 and was never
resumed because the channel in that case had serious physical disbilities and
was under psychic attack from the "dark side". (She still channels
regularly, but not Ra.)
My point in giving this long spiel is to express my highest appreciation and
admiration and support for the channel Maia, whom I know nothing about except
what I've read in this forum. It was very hard on Carla to channel Ra
because the vibratory difference that had to be bridged was great, and at the
time of the connection there was much more fear and negativity in the
environment than there is now. It sounds as though the Maia and Thoth
connection has similarities. Anyway, perhaps I exaggerate, but to clearly
channel Thoth or Ra requires great purity of a soul's mission and to me it's
as marvelous as Michael Jordan or Wayne Gretzky are in their endeavors.
Good channeling becomes great when clear and intelligent questions are asked
and followed up. No doubt Simeon has a soul agreement with Maia to work
together in their endeavors. My question to them, and I hope they will
respond in the forum, would be, can they tell us more about their work and do
they have good information from Thoth that hasn't reached the bookstores yet?
