Done. It now reads that it must be a reputable lab such as those
currently claimed on the ISIS WPG page (e.g., *the* MIT or A & L
Labs). I also noted that the exact terms will need to be agreed
upon in advance (since the claimant will obviously want to have a
say in what requirements they must meet). This is not an automatic
contract.

BTW: Ian now tells me that the work was done *at* MIT by some, as
yet, unnamed lab or person. The ISIS page says "through MIT" which
is misleading at best.
