The DOLISOS Homeopthic Pharmacology Laboratories were created by Jean Tetau in France, in 1937. Tetau was a pharmacist with a family background in homeopathy. Dolisos specializes in the production and distribution of homeopathic medicines, obtained mostly through prescripions. The word DOLISOS is of Greek origin, DOL - pain, and ISOS - similar. In light of its activities, the name DOLISOS is appropriate since homeopathic treatment is based on the Law of Similars.
The DOLISOS laboratories have considerably expanded during the past ten years, in France and throughout the world. In 1987, the Montrichard plant, centerally located in France, produced forty million tubes of homeopathic granules, as well as 100,000 liters of mother tinctures. This ultra-modern plant, covering an area of 50,000 sq ft. boasts the very latest in production and monitoring facilities.
